What’s the difference between registered and active users?
“Users” refers to all types of user; admins; instructors; and learners.
Registered users means the total number of users you can have live on your portal at one time. You’ll be able to register a number of users 5x your plan’s limit.
E.g. For 1,000 registered licenses, up to 1,000 live registered users + up to 4,000 idle registered users.
Active users means the total number of users that can use your portal in a 2-hour window. You’ll be able to register a number of users 100x your plan’s limit.
E.g. For 150 registered licenses, you can have 150 live users, and 14,580 idle users.
Who is eFront for?

What is the level of support offered by eFront?
Both plans come with unlimited support. You’ll also be assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM). Your CSM will help you during implementation, onboarding, and beyond to make sure you’re using your portal to its full potential to meet your goals.
Will my plan include free support?
Yes, all plans include unlimited support. You can submit a request on the support page, or internally through your portal. eFront’s support team guarantees a reply to you by the next business day.
Will my plan include a Customer Success Manager?
Whatever plan you’re on, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM). Your CSM will help you during implementation, onboarding, and beyond to make sure you’re using your portal to its full potential to meet your goals.
Can I import my data from another LMS into eFront?
You can your import data in .cvs or .json format. Switching LMSs can be tricky, which is why the eFront team is happy to help you out. Just get in contact.
How long will it take me to go live with eFront?
It won’t take more than 1 business day for you to be set up and ready to train your people.
Can I host eFront in my structure?
Yes! In addition to our private cloud solution, you have the option to install our software in your own infrastructure.
Where will my data be located?
You can choose where you would like your eFront platform service to be located. We offer multiple options across the US, EU, Asia, and Australia.
Where are your servers located?
eFront data center provide is Amazon Web Services. You can choose to have your cloud hosted in any of the AWS regions listed here.
Is eFront GDPR compliant?
